WHAT IS THE COST?

Full time – with a regular and repeating schedule:

Infants 6 weeks - 12 months in The Den 1, $400 weekly

Toddlers 10 months - 18  months in Little Paws, $390 weekly

Toddlers 18 months - 24 months in Teddy Bears, $380 weekly

Toddlers  2 yrs - 3 yrs in Cubs, $370 weekly

Preschool Potty Training in underwear 2.5 yrs- 3.5 yrs in Bears, $360 weekly

Preschool Fully Potty Trained 3 yrs - 4 yrs in Grizzlies, $330 Weekly

Pre-k Fully potty trained 4-6 years in Honey Bees, $320  weekly

Explorers - school age 1:15 ratio $290 weekly vacations and summers

*must be the same days each week. We do not allow for make up days for any reason. Tuition is paid on an enrollment basis not days they attend each week.

Little Paws is 5 to 1

Cubs is 6 to 1

Grizzles is 8 to 1

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION? 

We open at 7am and close at 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, 51 weeks a year.

We close for one week each summer.

 

WHEN DOES THE CENTER CLOSE?

We close on:

• New Years Eve close at 2 pm 

• New Year's Day (January 1st)

• Martin Luther King Jr. Day (3rd Monday in January)

• President's Day (3rd Monday in February)

• Good Friday 

• Easter (Monday following)

• St. Patricks Day  

• Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)

• Juneteenth 

• Independence Day (July 4th & 5th )

• Staff Development week (last week of the summer program in August)

• Labor Day (First Monday in September)

• Columbus Day (Second Monday in October)

• Veteran's Day (November 11th)

• Thanksgiving

• Day after Thanksgiving.

• Christmas Eve

• Christmas Day

Late openings and storm closings will be announced on Brightwheel App we follow Merrimack school district closing and don't forget to 'like' us on Facebook to stay updated. Tuition is payable for all closings.

DO I PAY IF MY CHILD IS ABSENT?

Yes, the tuition remains consistent, whether your child is absent due to illness, vacation, storm or holiday closing.

WHEN DO I PAY?

Every Friday the tuition is payable for the following week. An annual Registration Fee of $75 and the first week tuition is necessary in order to register your child. Registration Fees, are per child.

ARE THERE DISCOUNTS?

Yes, families with 3 children will receive a $10 discount per week for the 3rd child.

DO YOU ACCEPT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE?

Yes. If you receive financial aide we require documentation as well as all the appropriate paperwork. You will need to pay your portion and the Registration Fee in advance. We will require you to sign a release allowing conversations between the center and the agency providing the assistance .

WHAT DO GUARDIANS BRING?​

 diapers

Formula or breast milk ready to serve for bottle-fed babies.

Each child requires an extra set of labeled clothing 

a lunch box: breakfast, a main meal for lunch and a few snacks for the afternoon with an ice pack 

labeled with child's name water bottle sent daily

What does the center provide? 

• for Children age 2 and up Amazing Athletes class will be held once a week to explore and learn about different sports, team work and self confidence

• water wipes children 3 and under in our potty training classrooms 

• Meals that follow CACFP guidelines with a menu provided monthly breakfast for students here before 9 am

• Lunch with milk 

• afternoon snack 

• Happy baby organic formula 3 bottles a day 

• sheet and blankets for rest 

• utensils and bibs for meals
